Lead Pastor

In the summer of 2008, my family and I moved to Winona. The Edge church has been the focus of my ministry ever since…starting, growing, nurturing, directing, and pastoring.  In my free time I love to ride motorcycle, vacation with my family, and thoroughly enjoy attending my kid’s activities.  Sports are another interest, when there is time.  My wife and I have been married 30+ years, and find great pleasure in mentoring, leading, and encouraging people in their faith journeys, together and separately.  One of my greatest weekly joys is the Men of The Edge, 6AM Friday morning Bible study and prayer time.

MATT Seipel-Anderson
Associate Pastor (Youth & Worship)

In 2019, my family and I moved from the icy shores of Lake Superior in Duluth MN to the balmy arms of Mississippi River in Winona. We love Winona and The Edge and are so grateful to be here. I grew up attending Pastor Chuck’s youth group and continued to volunteer after high school. I really felt the call of God on my life, so after I completed my four year degree program at the University of Wisconsin Superior, my wife and I took over our church’s youth ministry as volunteers. As our responsibility increased, my position turned into a full time job, which lasted 10 years! Through the years, I kept in touch with Pastor Chuck, and we are thrilled to be working along side him at the Edge! I love being outdoors with my three young kids and wife. I also love writing music and Podcasting.
